If this stuff isn't part of your usual diet, well you better run out and get some! This stuff takes 3 minutes to cook (that's not including the time it takes to boil the water), fills you up when you feel like you haven't eaten in days, and isn't all that bad for you.
This is the only kind of ramen I care to acknowledge. I've been eating and making it since I was about 7. My grandmother was from Oahu and she grew up with a lot of Japanese food so it was only natural to find a lot of it around our house. I started out eating it with chopsticks and now I can't eat it any other way, though I still haven't learned how to use them correctly X_X
Chopsticks are cool.
